Joanna Kelley is currently serving her second term as Assistant Mayor in Portsmouth NH. She is a small business owner and avid supporter of local nonprofits. Currently, she sits on the boards for Strawbery Banke Museum and the Seacoast African American Cultural Center. Joanna is also part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of New Hampshire program, where she has been a Big Sister for over 6 years. Joanna has taken on advocacy work through the Seacoast and State of New Hampshire, including but not limited to affordable housing, racial equity and supporting our small businesses in NH.
